When 15 year old Bobby’s owner died his life somersaulted into turmoil. He ended up in police kennels as there was nowhere else. But thankfully he was soon taken under the experienced wing of Helping Yorkshire Poundies. He struggled badly in kennels, understandably as he had lost everything in his world.
The team were able to place him into a foster home and arrange for all medical care. He was given plenty of love and time to settle and recover from his difficulties.
A Schnauzerfest Grant was made available to the rescue to assist with not only Bobby’s care costs but other dogs needing the dedication of this hard working rescue. Supporting good rescue work is the core of Schnauzerfest’s mission, to ensure that they can be there for all the dogs who have nobody.
