10 year old brothers Bert and Ernie found their worlds turned upside down after the death of their owner. Fortunately All Dogs Matter rescue took them in and a foster and long term home was secured for the bonded senior dogs. It isn’t always easy for rescues to find homes for dogs in pairs, and when dogs are older, great homes are even scarcer.

A Schnauzerfest grant supports All Dogs Matter with the veterinary costs for Bert and Ernie, which includes heart scans which will take place soon to assess what, if any, treatment is needed. Neutering and dental work is also required.
